Ingredients
Heat soluble basic mixture for the production of panna cotta. Sugar, gelatin (beef), starch, thickeners: carrageenan, flavorings. For professional use! Preparation: Panna Cotta Mix: 130g (150g for a firmer consistency). Cream: 500g. Milk: 500g. Mix the milk and cream and bring to the boil. Remove from fire and add panna cotta mix, stir with a whisk to avoid lumps. Then pour into molds and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum of + 20 ° C. Made in Italy.
