DE-ÖKO-034 The vintage blossom syrup JAPANESE CHERRY BLOSSOM smells of marzipan, velvety cherry compote. Taste: black cherry, bitter almond, marzipan, delicate note of chocolate. Use diluted 1:10 as a spritzer, to refine sparkling wine and tea, as hot blossoms, in yoghurt and muesli, with desserts, fresh fruit and in sauces for veal or game. The basic products are flowers that are harvested by hand and processed freshly picked - flower extracts are made in clear spring water, without heating or pressing. Flower syrups are not very sweet, flower extracts are sugar-free.
