DE-ÖKO-034 The vintage blossom syrup ROSENBLÜTE smells pleasantly with a floral note, spicy and fragrant. Taste: clear rose aroma of freshly blossomed buds, flowery-fresh, not perfumed. Use diluted 1:10 as a spritzer, hot blossom, to refine sparkling wine and tea, to desserts, fresh fruits, yoghurt and muesli. The Deutsche Blütensekt Manufaktur offers exquisite delicacies made from fresh flowers. All products, which are almost unique worldwide, were developed by the biologist Anja B. Quäschning. The basic products are always flowers that are harvested by hand and processed freshly picked. The flower extracts are made in clear spring water, without heating or pressing. Flower syrups are not very sweet, flower extracts are sugar-free.
