DE-ÖKO-034 The vintage flower syrup WHITE CHESTNUT BLOSSOM smells of fully ripe yellow fruits, sweet almonds, raisins, lemon peel, biscuit. Taste: acid-fresh, quince, dried fruits, sugar melon. Use diluted 1:10 as a spritzer, to refine sparkling wine, to desserts, yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruits. The Deutsche Blütensekt Manufaktur offers exquisite delicacies made from fresh flowers. All products, which are almost unique worldwide, were developed by the biologist Anja B. Quäschning. The basic products are always flowers that are harvested by hand and processed freshly picked. The flower extracts are made in clear spring water, without heating or pressing. Flower syrups are not very sweet, flower extracts are sugar-free.
