A classic Moselle cabinet: little alcohol, firm acidity and a decent fruit sweetness for the sweet and acidic game. The grapes for this wine come from the Leiwener Josefsberg, also called ginsterlay because of the gorse that grows there. The cabinet was therefore christened Gorse. The harvest is done by hand, the pressing only with low pressure, storage in steel tanks, no fining or similar.
