Panettone is traditionally only available from October to December. This means that additives can be largely avoided. Moscato, dessert wine, espresso or coffee go well with panettone. Its aroma develops best when warmed slightly. After cutting, reseal it with the cellophane wrapper to prevent it from drying out and losing its aroma.
