FR-BIO-01 Andoa Lait has mild milk notes with 39% cocoa content. The organic couverture is a melting chocolate that seduces with its delicate milk and mild chocolate notes. This is underlined in a sophisticated way by slightly bitter tones. The fair trade Andoa Lactee combines well in all patisserie applications with nutty flavors of hazelnut, walnut, pecan nut and macadamia nut. Likewise with vanilla and coffee aromas as well as with notes of acacia honey and caramel with butter.
