Universal milk chocolate with 35% cocoa. Ideal for enrobing and decorating many baked goods and for filling pralines. Has a mild and milky taste and is therefore versatile. Callets are reminiscent of small chocolate drops and are ideal if only a small part of the chocolate is to be melted, as they can be optimally portioned. When melted, they can be used for enrobing, filling and decorating. They are also good for making mousse.
