Japanese-style gyoza dumplings, filled with shrimp and colored with beetroot powder, frozen. 27% PEELED PRAWNS (21% PRAWNS Litopenaeus vannemei), water, salt, stabilizers: E451, E452), vegetables (cabbage, carrots), WHEAT FLOUR, water, potato starch, rapeseed oil, breadcrumbs (WHEAT FLOUR, salt, yeast), mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), SESAME OIL, sugar, salt, PROTEIN POWDER, WHEAT GLUTEN, 0.1% beetroot powder, ginger powder, yeast extract, black pepper. For best results, do not thaw before cooking. Preparation: In the pan: put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and heat. Add the frozen product, then add 4 tablespoons of water (approx. 60ml) and cook for 4 minutes in the pan with the lid. Then cook for a few more minutes without the lid until the water has boiled away. In the deep fryer: Fry for approx. 3 1/2 minutes at + 170 ° C to + 180 ° C. In a saucepan: cook in boiling water for about 4 1/2 minutes. In the steam oven: Steam for approx. 5 minutes at + 100 ° C. Store at -18 ° C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
