What did I hate rhubarb as a child ... whether it was compote or cake and certainly not jam! Now it was time to face this particular challenge. And what can I say, she turned out great! A liaison with hibiscus flowers and a touch of bourbon vanilla from Madagascar ... a truly heavenly pleasure! © Cathrin Kluge
