The Löhrer Berg (= empty mountain) is the oldest classified vineyard in the Nahe. Numerous water sources supply the loamy soil interspersed with river gravel and make it very fertile. From over 30-year-old vines, juicy Rieslings reminiscent of apple fruit with a good tannin structure, which develop earthy notes with a little ripe.
