The Rieslaner is a cross between Riesling x Silvaner. Due to its very demanding cultivation, it is only grown on a few hectares in Germany today. Its susceptibility to botrytis and its high acidity make it ideal for use in the noble sweet sector. Keller`s Rieslaner are considered to be the best in Germany. This selection comes from the top location in Monsheimer Silberberg and plays the whole range of exotic fruits: mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Equipped with a great acidity and an eternally long finish on the palate.
