This orange wine was fermented on the mash for eight weeks and then matured in new 500 l barriques for 24 months. Incredibly well integrated small wooden barrel, very fine-pored, a lot of Burgundian juiciness, wonderfully melting, supple mineral nature with hearty acidity, multilayered in depth with enormous length.
