Plantation La Laguna is located in the heart of Guatemala in the mountainous forests of Alta Verapaz. The Rio Cahabon River flows through the 4,800 hectare plantation before emptying into Lake La Laguna. The water, a true source of life, irrigates the protected, natural terrain where the cocoa trees are grown on mountain slopes at an altitude of 475 to 600 meters. Tasting notes : Plum, roasted cocoa, apple cooked in butter, liquorice, sour notes, tropical chilli, fresh menthol notes
