Riesling sparkling wine Piccolo, dry, 12.5% vol., Emil Bauer

Traditional bottle fermentation, 12 months of yeast storage, 1/3 of the base wine was matured in large wood. The Riesling Sekt Brut presents itself in the glass with a delicate lemon yellow and seduces with a nose of fresh herbs, elegant citrus notes and a fine minerality. The perlage is fine and even. It is also present and wonderfully fresh on the palate. Here you can find the herbal aromas of the nose, accompanied by a deep minerality, somewhat spicy apple fruit and a racy, lively acidity.
