Williams pears - brandy, 43% vol., Miniature, Gölles

The basis of this brandy are fully ripe Williams-Christ pears, carefully ripened in boxes (Williams pears are the only fruits that can improve the taste density by ripening). Mashed in exactly at the point in time of the optimal development of the aroma, we distill an elegant and delicate brandy from it. Our Williams brandy differs very clearly from the very popular Williams schnapps, which are characterized by a lush and sweet bouquet: It is not the superficial aroma that is important to us, but the preservation and optimal presentation of the complexity and elegance typical of this noble pear.
