DE-ÖKO-003 The wine shows the perfect interplay between minerality, fruit and acidity, as well as density and elegance. The fragrance is a prime example of the location. Yeasty notes follow flint, hay, black tea and herbaceous; fresh aromas such as mint and woodruff. With air, it also shows hints of ripe citrus fruit, red-fleshed vineyard peach and exotic fruits. This double game is also repeated in terms of taste: the grape variety contributes the fruity, elegant and the ferrous soil the herbal-spicy, mineral taste. This vintage is characterized by the seemingly endless length from which there is an interplay of fine tannins and the slate minerality. Like all Rebholz wines, the wine has great storage potential.
