2019er Ganz Horn Riesling GG, dry, 12.5% vol., Rebholz, BIO

DE-ÖKO-003 The location `GANZ HORN` IN SUNSHINE always proves to be the most puristic of our locations. Salty mineral notes remind one of the pebbles of the gravel slope, which is followed by a spice reminiscent of ginger and ripe citrus fruits. After a short time the wine unfolds and the yeast notes typical of a young Riesling underline the whole. The wine is also characterized by a fine salty-mineral acidity, its never-ending length and the very multilayered, complex elegant finesse call for another sip. Like all Rebholz wines, the wine has great storage potential.
