Ready mix for the preparation of vegan mince. Textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methyl cellulose, sunflower seeds partially de-oiled, rapeseed oil, rice flour, spices, 3% enzymatically hydrolyzed protein, flavors, table salt, beetroot, caramel powder (caramel sugar syrup, maltodextrin). Preparation: 1) Thoroughly mix 100g of the ready-to-use mixture with 200 ml of very cold water. 2) Let the mince swell in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 3) Fry the mixture over low to medium heat until the desired degree of browning is achieved in a non-stick pan and chop it up. 4) Then process as desired. Store dry and protected from light, not above room temperature.
