If you consider that the Central American coastal state of Belize only produces around 100 t of cocoa beans, you can say that we have something special to offer here. The fine, bitter taste is paired with expressive citrus notes. Subjectively, 3/4 to orange and 1/4 to lemon. In other words, chocolate that goes well with oranges cannot be done by every couverture because the earthy tones there disturb.
