Traditional bottle fermentation from Swabian meadows fruit varieties - for festive occasions and other special moments in life. This sparkling pear wine from the champagne frying pear is the queen among the alcohol-free. Elegant and very exclusive. Light, less sweet and still non-alcoholic. On the nose, a scent of roasting champagne pear is convincing, with fine dried pear notes. White flowers, notes of brioches shaped by the perennial yeast storage of the sparkling wine on the champagne bottle. On the palate you will feel a restrained sweetness and well integrated acidity. Fine taste of the champagne frying pear with subtle tannin notes in the fine finish. The champagne-frying pear fruit has been considered a top-quality wine pear for over 200 years. It has had its name since 1797, because an outstanding sparkling wine was made from this rarity before that. Also available in Magnum Article 57053
