Sakame is our idea of a seasoning salt for fish. For this we have smoked fish carcasses and processed them into a salt, buffered with bamboo ash and deepened the taste of the sea and sea air with algae powder. We use it for fried fish, rice dishes with seafood such as paella and to flavor bean stews.
