Sriracha ginger (yellow cap): normal heat (approx. 3000 Scoville units) with a delicious, light garlic taste. Ginger and chilli combined. Delicious with beef, poultry, lamb, game, kebabs, ham, sausages, chicken, fish and seafood, salads, dim sum, noodles, stir-fries and crackers. The Sriracha Chilli Sauce is a non plus ultra, whether on Asian or pizza, it is addicting. Pureed red chili peppers and a little garlic give this sauce its fiery taste. As a general guideline, the sauce is relatively mild compared to other chilli sauces. Extreme chilli fans dip their food properly into the sauce so that it creates a certain spiciness. For normal hot eaters, the sauce is quite hot. The Sriracha normal heat has about 3000 Scoville, the extra hot has about 7000 Scoville. The spicy kick of garlic and the sweetness of sugar give the Sriracha sauce its characteristic taste, which is so loved by connoisseurs.
