Hummus Classic, chickpea puree with sesame paste, mezete

This is The Real Deal - we have tried and made a lot of hummus ourselves, but none convinced us as much as this one. In terms of taste, it is just perfect, but haptically it goes one step further. And the best part is that it doesn`t even need to be refrigerated. We found it and fell so deeply in love with the Levant cuisine that we have to share this incredibly good hummus with you. Of course you can pour a little extra virgin olive oil over it, embellish it with sesame seeds or dust it with paprika, but even pure it knocks us out. Whether with flatbread, as a dip or as a base, you can hardly go wrong with it.
