Granoro Dedicato - Regine Maccaroni, No.10

The Granoro company calls Regine what we in Germany usually call macaroni; a long, straight tube noodle. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. Length approx. 25 cm, width approx. 4 mm With `Dedicato alla nostra terra` (dedicated to our area) Granoro wants to upgrade the products grown in Apulia. `Our tradition is closely linked to our area. With the Dedicato line, we want to contribute to the sustainability of Apulian agriculture and create a direct connection between farmers and consumers based on shared values such as environmental protection, preservation of tradition and the authenticity of the products. This line is dedicated to our Puglia region, known for pasta but also numerous other products.
