This caviar is made from the roe of female rainbow trout. Like Keta caviar, it is considered a substitute for sturgeon caviar. The black caviar pearls are firm in grain, fine and fresh in taste and are ideal for e.g. B. to enhance a herbal cream soup or as an edible decoration for cold plates.
