The beef cheeks and leg were cooked extra long and slowly so that you don`t have to do it at home. It`s very easy to prepare. We first let the meat thaw in its packaging and then sear it on the sides. Then it can be put in the oven at 200°C for around 10 minutes. It should reach a core temperature of around 75°C. Then it can be served.
