Juice cold binding agent. modified starch E1422. Cut-proof, bake-proof, freezer-proof. Mix 100-120g of quelli and 200g of sugar dry, pour over 1 liter of fruit juice and fold in well-drained fruit. Approximately 20g of quelli per tray, mixed with crumbs and sprinkled under fruit or fillings, prevents the base from getting soggy. Frozen fruits rolled in cold juice binder are more stable against leaking of the fruit juice. Observe maximum quantities and use in food according to Regulation (EC) No. 1333 / 2008 on food additives! For professional use only! Store cool (+18°C to +24°C) and dry.
