Ingredients
Permanent gelling agent, neutral for food, reheatable, cut-resistant, acid-stable. Sugar, thickener: carrageenan E407, locust bean gum E410, dextrose, acidity regulator: potassium citrate E332, stabilizers: potassium chloride E508, calcium sulfate E516, acidity regulator: potassium tartrate E336, anti-caking agent: silicon oxide E551. Basic recipe: 20g double gel A 250-300g sugar 1 l water / fruit juice (half of the liquid quantity can be topped up with fruit juice. Processing: Mix double gel A with sugar and stir with the liquid, bring to the boil briefly. The ideal processing temperature of the jelly cast is approx. +50°C Store in a dry place.
