Champagne Bollinger B13 Blanc de Noirs, brut, 12.5% vol.

A crystalline wine that pays homage to the oenological and ecological values of Champagne Bollinger. In 2013, the Champagne region had to contend with unusual climatic conditions: a very long winter marked by snow and frost. Despite these difficult circumstances, Champagne Bollinger elevated the wine from this particularly late harvest to the rank of a vintage and thus produced a limited edition: B13 for Bollinger 2013. Gold-colored accents shimmer in the glass. The bouquet is rich and complex. Initially it shows notes of ripe fruit, fruit jelly and almond paste, which are complemented by aromas of mirabelle plums and vineyard peaches. The elegance of the fruit and its sweet taste combine to create aromas of pear, fresh almonds and tarte tatin. These are emphasized by the uniqueness of a chiselled and mineral pinot noir with notes of citrus fruits and candied lemon. On the palate it is velvety with a salty note towards the finish.
