Windspiel - Potato Gin Reserve from the Eifel, 49.3% vol., Wooden box

Windspiel Premium Dry Gin has so far impressed with its extremely mild potato alcohol in perfect harmony with around ten classic botanicals. At the beginning of the year, Destillateur Meister developed a gin specially optimized for barrel storage with a clear juniper note and perfectly coordinated other botanicals. After several months of storage in traditional oak barrels, the particularly mild Greyhound Premium Dry Gin Reserve was created - with clear juniper notes and a delicate, floral aroma bouquet. Vanilla and a slightly woody smell fill the air. It is followed by juniper paired with light, floral aromas. The special mildness of the alcohol is paired with the aromas of the wood: vanilla, wood, but also floral notes spread on the palate. The taste is rounded off by the juniper note, light cinnamon aromas and floral citrus fruits. Warm, soft and floral aftertaste. Limited edition!
