Classic Catalan specialty in small format from the traditional company Casa Riero Ordeix in Vic. It is made from shoulder meat and lean parts of the pig. A thin noble mold covers the natural casing and gives the sausage its fine aroma. It is mildly seasoned, only with salt and pepper, and is ideal for a picnic.
