Ruotker`s is the next generation from Gölles. When Styrian craftsmanship meets exotic raw materials, the result is Ron Johan Rum. Ron stands for the Caribbean part, the boisterous, passionate and Johan for Archduke Johann of Austria (1782 - 1859), the important modernizer who loved Styria. The Strong Rum is a dark, strong aromatic rum bottled at cask strength. A blend of 6-10 years matured rum from fresh white oak and ex-bourbon barrels. Clear ester notes are reminiscent of Jamaica rum. Strong and heavy spicy notes appear on the nose and on the palate, with very complex caramel and chocolate aromas.
