Spice garden Light cranberries, dried, unsulphurized, sugared

Cranberries, also known as cranberries, are related to blueberries and lingonberries, but are significantly larger. Dried cranberries are ideal for flavoring and refining chocolates, compotes, jams and chutneys. Also in biscuits, cakes or simply in muesli, the mildly sweet but also interestingly tart and sour berries give off an unmistakable aroma. But they are best known in connection with game dishes, which is why the Christmas season cannot be imagined without them.
