Unlike sultanas and currants, these grapes are very light. Due to the gentle drying in the sun and in the shade, the natural fruit sweetness (fructose and grape sugar) increases by up to 60%. They taste delicious in muesli, salads, desserts, pilaf, cakes, curries, fillings and stews.
