This Dashi-Fond is produced in Japan by Fueki-Shoyu especially for a vegan specialist retailer. We are pleased that we can offer this stock, which is also very tasty for non-vegans, exclusively in Germany. A vegan Dashi made from pure Konbu (no extract) and dried Shiitake (no extract), refined with Fueki`s Shoyu, which has matured in wooden barrels (approx. 1.5 years). Pure on tofu or grilled vegetables. Diluted 6 to 7 times for dashi soups for udon or soba. As a dip: diluted 2 to 3 times.
