The aroma of Illumino (= bright) Riesling is reminiscent of peach, lemon and pineapple paired with smoky components. Subtle wood tones and a pleasant minerality round off this wine with a long finish. Jens Bettenheimer`s motto: My vision is to bottle expressive wines with rough edges that are characteristic of the vintage, variety and our chalky terroir. The route is the goal.
