Ingredients
Cream preparation (15% fat) with gelatine UHT. 99% Austrian CREAM (15% fat), beef gelatin. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 - 4 days. Preparation: Mix the uncooled Qimiq Classic with a whisk or mixer until smooth. Then add the ingredients according to the recipe.
Properties: Protein from animal milk, UHT ultra-high temperature.
