Burrata, a dream in bags! From the outside it looks like just a mozzarella ball, but when you cut it you realize that this is something completely different. Although this delicacy is refined with a little cream from the cow`s milk, it swings into a level of absolute delicacy. For us practically one of the most beautiful things that milk can become. Should be enjoyed pure, with some good, crusty bread or placed in the middle of a pizza shortly before the end. Absolutely addictive!
