Ingredients
Cream preparation (16% fat) with gelatin and chocolate, UHT. 76% CREAM (18% fat), sugar, 6.7% chocolate powder (cocoa powder, sugar), emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, gelatin. Processing: Beat cold QimiQ Whup chocolate with the mixer and at the same time refine it if desired (e.g. with alcohol). Pour into a glass and serve immediately or refrigerate. (For creams, fillings and mousses with volume). After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 - 4 days.
