Water, 40% smoked HERRING [herring (Clupea Harengus), smoke], modified starch (corn), salt, SQUID INK, acidulant: citric acid, lemon juice, stabilizer: xanthan gum, spices. Store in a cool place at +2°C to +10°C and use within 15 days after opening. Do not freeze. Made in Germany.
