Available from mid/late February. The little sister of the big Colomba classica in a practical shopper, ideal for taking with you and bringing with you. Made from fluffy yeast dough, garnished with pearl sugar, hazelnut glaze and almonds. Candied orange peel flavors the dough and gives it a nice bite. The dough is baked from good butter, fresh eggs and yolks, yeast and milk.
