Pigskin 44, Gin, Silvio Carta

Based on the successful Pig Skin, Silvio Carta has distilled a slightly more high-proof, light gin with the same botanicals and citrus fruits, but at 44% ABV. It has a clean taste and is closer to the classic London Dry Gin, especially since it was not aged in wooden casks.
