Ideal for goulash, stews, cheese spaetzle, burgers, hot dogs, casseroles, quiche, onion soup, strudel, roast beef, onion tart, etc... Onions peeled, chopped and cut into approx. 4x4mm pieces. Steamed with a little olive oil at low temperature for more than 2 hours. Approx. 15kg raw onion yields 3kg Holzmann browned onion cubes 4x4mm.
