The ball of balsamic vinegar can be grated or finely shaved. Very easy to use, with a very intense smell, typical of Modena Balsamic Vinegar. Offers a balanced, delicate taste with a pleasant essign note. Excellent on appetizers and aperitifs, with pasta, risotto and gratins. Delicious on meat and fish dishes, tastes great on vegetables and salads. The sweet and sour note of the ball of balsamic vinegar goes well with fresh cheese or mature cheese, but also goes well with fruit, ice cream and other desserts.
