DE-ÖKO-006 Apple and pear form the basis for this cuvée, rounded off with hay, blossoms and Demeter naked barley roasted in a copper tank. Smell: Ripe apple and pear fruit with malty, sweet grain notes, summery scent of meadows. Taste: Slightly lively fruit, roasted barley and hay on the finish, balanced acidity and freshness on the finish. Recommendation: with mildly seasoned starters. Now also available in 0.375l
