Crunchy sea salt flakes from the Valle Salado de Anana valley in the Basque Country. This salt comes from an approximately 200 million year old primordial sea deposits - extracted as brine from 4 springs and dried in salt pans. Declared a World Agricultural Heritage Site by UNESCO (Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems) and traditionally harvested according to Slow Food principles, these pure Flor de Sal flakes are ideal for seasoning.
