This fine peanut cream is sweet and salty at the same time. It goes well with breakfast rolls, but can also be used as a base for peanut sauces. In the USA, it would traditionally be combined with fruit jelly. But it can also be combined with a mild, spicy mountain cheese, such as Spluga di Grotta. The nuts are roasted and salted.
