Whole milk cocoa, 18.5% paste of Piedmont hazelnuts IGP and olive oil make up this nutty cream. It tastes very good on rolls and toast, and also on salted butter. Otherwise it can be a nutty cream layer on cakes or make a hazelnut ice cream from a homemade ice cream.
