Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Molino Alfonso Bajo Aragon DOP/PDO, 100% Empeltre

This first harvest olive oil is mild and at the same time has a very appealing aroma, in which ripe fruit, green grass and figs mingle with the olive tone. With its golden tending color, it looks extremely appealing and clear. Almond and apple aromas then come to the fore when consumed. The oil comes from the olive oil producer Molino Alfonso in the Aragon region, which was founded in 1907 and is now run by the fourth generation of the family. The knowledge of the very loving and detailed olive oil production has been refined and passed on here for decades. All olive oils offered by Molino Alfonso have won several awards and are made from olives from the first (i.e. earlier) harvest. This is reflected in the accentuated grassy notes.
